Tammy Gifft, MA, LP, DBA | Founder and CEO

After two decades in corporate America in a range of roles from research to sales to marketing, Tammy Gifft shifted her focus to her passion of working with organizations through coaching employees to higher levels of performance and engagement. She founded Carpe Diem Group in 2004 and now customizes coaching and leadership development approaches to address the unique needs of the organization and its culture.
